  • Post a note on the Group Blog or ask a question on the Discussion Forum.  Visit the File Cabinet to print handouts and nutrition fact sheets, recipes, nutrition tips, and other resources.

  • Click the MORE STUFF tab above to find many of the club's unique features, such as:
    • Your weekly audio Wellness Minute (I also send to your email) to help you stay focused on meeting your health and wellness goals.
    • My Healthy Living Store at Amazon.com for my product recommendations (vitamins and supplements, energy bars, kitchen gadgets, cookbooks + much more!)
    • Audio recordings of our monthly live Q&A Coaching Call with myself or other featured health and fitness professionals.  Look for emails about this call to RSVP.
    • Audio recordings of nutrition seminars on a specialized topic in nutrition to help you stay on top of your goals and make healthy eating totally doable. The calls will be recorded and posted along with an actionable worksheet to make sure you get the most out of the seminar.

Thank you for being a part of my web community, I look forward to working with you all!

Healthy regards,
